What you’ll be doing
- Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and presenting them to clients.
- Analyzing market trends and client feedback to improve our offerings.
- Leading client meetings and presentations to showcase our capabilities and solutions.
The ideal skills & experience
- Proven experience in client management, preferably in the market research or consulting industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English is critical.
