We are seeking a talented individual to join our FINPRO team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
We will count on you to:
Manage a portfolio of global corporate clients, including insurance program renewal, driving new business and handling daily client inquiries
Understand clients’ risk exposure and use Marsh client servicing model to deliver insurance solutions
Work closely with other business units to help deliver a comprehensive and holistic solution to clients
Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with coverage questions and program adjustments; solves problems regarding client account issues
Responsible for assigned account profitability, budget and receivables
Responsible for implementation of the Marsh professional standards and guidelines
What you need to have:
Bachelor degree in insurance, legal, commerce or equivalent discipline
5+ years relevant working experience in insurance brokerage, legal or financial services industry
Ambitious, solution focus and with strong skills in client relationship management
Good PC Skills, including Word, Excel & Power Point
Language fluency in English and Chinese
