Client Management Administrator

Client Manager Administrators serve as liaisons between a company and its clients, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Our Client Manager Administrators will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and obtaining quotes from our carrier partners through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process in a timely fashion while ultimately supporting the company’s revenue goals. 

The Client Management team represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned book of business, while leading the client account planning cycle and ensuring assigned clients’ needs and expectations are met.

Your Impact:

• Set up incoming RFP requests from our clients on a daily basis, ensuring that all information necessary to obtain a complete quote package has been provided, and assist with requesting additional information where needed in order to ensure the best possible package has been assembled for submission to our carrier partners.
• Remain in close contact with our carrier partners to ensure the timely completion of the quoting process, allowing us to return all applicable RFPs to our client within the expected timeframe
• Maintain constant contact with our Client Managers regarding the status of RFP requests and expected timeframes
• Manage ongoing activities, data and reporting requirements for Client Managers.
• Ensure that all data and reporting requirements and requests for commissions are handled accurately and timely. Coordinate with internal partners to secure information necessary to address requests.
• Manage day to day administration, assist in identifying trends and opportunities for improvements

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Minimum 2-year Client Management experience preferred
• Life and/or health insurance company, administrator or brokerage experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products, remote demonstration and teleconferencing tools.
