  • Receipting and processing building applications
  • Reviewing technical documents
  • Providing customer service across various channels
  • Maintaining records and compiling reports
  • Supporting internal teams with admin tasks

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a proactive team member with a passion for building services. You’ll ideally bring:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong Proficiency in MS Office and documentation systems
  • Knowledge of building legislation (desirable)
  • Experience in local government admin support (desirable)
  • Strong administration background
