U.S. Money Reserve, a leading precious metals dealer, is looking for a Client Liaison Executive to join its Retirement Accounts Division in Austin. This is not a back-office processing seat. You help clients secure a portion of their retirement savings in physical gold and silver — guiding every transaction from discovery call to funded account. You work hand-in-hand with Account Executives, who bring the relationship, while you bring the retirement account expertise that gets the transaction across the finish line. If you’ve ever wanted a role where deep financial knowledge directly supports both the client and the business — and where your results are reflected in what you earn — this is it.
What You’ll Do- Coordinate retirement rollovers, transfers, IRA liquidations, annuity surrenders, and new IRA account openings on behalf of clients investing in physical precious metals
- Manage the transfer process between clients, existing custodians, and the company’s custodial partner — owning the transaction from start to finish
- Review daily custodial reports, identify next steps, and resolve discrepancies before they become delays
- Work through challenges and roadblocks using product knowledge and professional poise to keep transactions moving forward and the client engaged
- Work closely with Account Executives and clients, providing real-time status updates and clearing obstacles so every transaction closes on time
- Increase transaction values when the opportunity naturally presents itself during client conversations
- Maintain detailed, accurate records for every transaction in internal tracking systems
You have real financial knowledge — not surface-level familiarity. The kind of working expertise that lets you explain the tax implications of a Roth conversion or the contract provisions of an annuity without reading from a script. You can handle a complex conversation with a CFP or a plan administrator, and you can translate that same information to a retiree who is trying to understand what they have and how it works.
You’re also someone who addresses problems head on. Complex rollover logistics, unresponsive counterparties, missing paperwork — these don’t frustrate you. They’re puzzles you solve faster than anyone else in the room.
QualificationsQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics. Or equivalent related work experience in financial services, wealth management, or custodial services
- Strong working knowledge of retirement account types, IRS distribution rules, and transfer/rollover mechanics
- Solid understanding of investment and annuity products
- Strong verbal and written communication — able to simplify complex financial and procedural concepts for clients while establishing trust and credibility
- High attention to detail and able to manage a high volume of concurrent transactions without letting anything slip
- Comfort learning proprietary internal systems quickly
- Energy, ambition, and a drive to be the best at what you do — not just adequate
- You work well under pressure — not just client-facing pressure, but the internal expectation that your performance and your standards reflect the team you’re on
- Experience working with annuity products and understands various contract provisions
- Series 65, Series 7, or other relevant FINRA registrations (not required, but valued)
This isn’t a job where you simply process paperwork. We compensate this position to reflect the caliber of person it demands — someone who thinks like a financial professional, communicates like an advisor, and delivers excellence in everything they do. Top performers earn accordingly.
You’ll join a team that takes pride in being the best in the industry at what they do, inside a company that has built its reputation helping people diversify and protect their portfolios with physical precious metals.
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (on-site). This is not a remote position.
To apply, submit your resume and a brief note on why this role fits your background.
