We’re looking for a Client Lead to take the lead on integrated media planning and account management for a dynamic portfolio of local and/or international clients (ING). You’ll be the connector between strategy, execution, and client vision, and working across departments to ensure our campaigns don’t just run, they perform.
As Client Lead for ING, you are the strategic bridge between our client and the Initiative ecosystem. In close collaboration with the CSD team and cross-functional partners across Mediabrands, you ensure that we deliver business-appropriate, best-in-class solutions — grounded in strategy, powered by flawless execution, and focused on measurable impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Partnership- Serve as the day-to-day lead and trusted advisor for ING, ensuring proactive communication, smooth operations, and strong relationship management.
Lead weekly client meetings, shape proposals, and craft strategic recommendations that reflect a deep understanding of the client’s business.
Collaborate with ING’s internal teams and partner agencies to align goals, timelines, and creative output.
Own all financial stewardship processes: budgets, reporting, authorizations, and billing — timely and accurate.
Internal Leadership
- Mentor the Client Advisors and experts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Translate client needs into actionable insights for integrated teams and ensure the delivery of smart, KPI-driven media solutions.
Act as the voice of the client internally — educating teams on business context, industry trends, and expectations.
Support in driving key projects and managing internal workflows and deadlines.
Commercial Growth
- Track performance KPIs across channels and push for overdelivery wherever possible.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the ING partnership, leveraging Initiative’s capabilities and those of the broader Mediabrands network.
Support scoping, team resourcing, and financial planning to ensure efficiency and sustainable growth.
Regularly report on progress against financial and strategic goals.
New Business & Innovation
- Contribute to new business efforts, whether for prospective clients or through organic growth within the ING account.
Spot and cultivate upscale opportunities that help future-proof the client’s business.
Your Profile
10+ years’ experience in media, advertising or marketing; 4+ years in team leadership.
Strong communicator and relationship builder — trusted by clients and respected by peers.
Commercially savvy with strategic thinking and an eye for execution.
Experienced in managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Background in consulting, media strategy or integrated communications is a strong plus.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, people-driven environment with high expectations and high rewards.
