We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Investment Reporting Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate, timely, and complete production of Client Investment Reports for our private banking clientele.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Support the accurate, timely, and complete preparation and processing of Client Investment Reports for private banking clients

• Monitor data integrity and uphold high-quality standards by identifying discrepancies, initiating corrective actions, and escalating critical anomalies as required

• Provide responsive support to Front Office units on Client Investment Reporting inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and service excellence

• Assist in the processing of multi-bank reporting services, maintaining the accuracy of data received from various platforms

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline

• 2–3 years of experience in operations within a financial services environment

• Solid understanding of investment products and their key characteristics

• Demonstrable knowledge of portfolio valuation methods and performance measurement principles

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with portfolio reporting platforms is beneficial

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence

• Effective communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and explain investment reporting methodologies clearly

• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and meet time-sensitive deliverables under pressure

• ​Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in German is strongly preferred
