Job Description

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Client Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for internal client onboarding and offboarding activities including tracking, implementation, or termination of clients. You will integrate IPS client publishers into and out of the Ingram systems and infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to help ensure overall client satisfaction. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring successful publisher setup and catalog accuracy during all onboarding and offboarding occurrences. As the Client Integration Specialist, you will assist with training clients and internal users in various platforms and systems, including but not limited to CoreSource, ipage, and Ingram iQ. Finally, you will be expected to maintain a positive attitude and foster a positive client experience, while meeting or exceeding the client’s expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent year for year directly related experience
  • 2 years of experience in account support, client administration, managing internal and external business relationships, data management, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of book publishing or book industry experience
  • 1 year of experience leading projects and updating service manuals and other support materials

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrates IPS client publishers into the Ingram systems and infrastructure; ensuring all deadlines are met and data accuracy is intact in coordination with division representatives.
  • Tracks Integrations pipeline and set-up tasks in SmartSheet platform
  • Monitors IPS Integrations and Departure email boxes to keep up to date with progress and ensure items are not missed.
  • Meets with internal stakeholders regularly to provide status updates on onboarding/offboarding, service additions, etc.
  • Serves as a Subject Matter Expert in various systems to complete Integration and Termination tasks.
  • Coordinates the integration of IPS publishers with other company offerings, i.e. Lightning Source, Ingram Digital and Consumer Direct Fulfillment.
  • Helps to maintain the Client Experience SharePoint team sites, including keeping documentation and resources up to date.
  • Helps to identify and implement process improvements that benefit Ingram or the client publishers.

Hiring Salary Range: $50.725k - $63,038k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:  the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
