Our Newest Opportunity:

The Client Experience Specialist supports Client Account teams by assisting with client renewals and implementation. The Client Experience Specialist will also assist with additional administrative functions that are designed to improve and enhance workflows, timeliness, and overall client experience. They will also effectively communicate OneDigital's value proposition and latest industry trends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Renewal Process - works with Account Manager, Benefits Consultant, Client Executive to assist in the renewal process with communications, follow-up, and distribution of applications to carriers.
  • Approval Letters - collects missing information from groups and sends Approval Letters to clients.
  • Quoting Tools - uses carrier and vendor quoting tools to complete and/or coordinate quotes and proposals for all new and renewal business. May be asked to assist in spreadsheet creation or to provide a peer-to-peer review of market analysis.
  • CRM - updates policy information and commissions for all accounts and policies in D365, including applications and appropriate client data.
  • Client File - attaches applications and appropriate client data in appropriate client file
  • Census - compiles accurate census with input from client, Client Executive, and/or Account Manager.
  • Carrier Events - attends carrier events to remain up to date and knowledgeable of carrier plans and changes
  • Open Enrollment - assists in the coordination of open enrollment and presentation material
  • Service Issues - follows-up on service issues or coordinates through Customer Advocate Center (CAC)
  • Client Data - may be asked to work with benefit communications and/or technology teams to confirm client data
  • Post Renewal - assists in post renewal quality review to ensure plans and member enrollments are accurate

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and disciplined
  • Ability to work independently as well as in team environment
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced production environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier websites
  • Proven track record in customer service

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in broker agency or benefits
  • Current Life and Health license, required
  • Every 2 years 24 Hours of Continuing Professional Education credits to maintain license
  • Basic knowledge of all Microsoft Office products; required
  • Basic experience with database applications, a plus.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
