Zillow Group is looking for a Client Experience Manager (CEM) to join our growing New Construction team. As a member of the team, you will work with our premier Enterprise builder partners. You will collaborate with and help educate our partners on strategies to maintain, retain, and optimize builders’ experience and return on investment on the Zillow New Construction platform. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on one of the fastest growing businesses at Zillow. If you are a detailed oriented, successful self-starter who wants to develop a career with the nation’s largest real estate network, then look no further.
Client Experience Manager Overview:
As a Client Experience Manager, you’ll partner closely with our Enterprise Sales team to deliver a top-tier post-sale experience for our largest builder clients. Your focus will be on campaign performance, builder engagement, and client satisfaction. You’ll lead live campaign status calls, quarterly business reviews, and in-market meetings, while driving education on process, product, and performance insights. You’ll own onboarding, manage technical and creative support issues, and work cross-functionally to resolve problems and drive optimizations. Strong communication, organization, and a client-first mindset are key.
What Success Looks Like:
30 Days: Complete onboarding, connect with peers, understand org structure, tools, SOPs, and transition materials.
60 Days: Gain product fluency, navigate internal tools, deepen industry and partner knowledge, and build collaboration with Sales.
90 Days: Fully ramped, delivering performance insights, establishing QBRs and product education cadence, and driving measurable book growth.
6 Months: You’ll be the go-to expert on your book—understanding builder goals, anticipating needs, and consistently delivering on partnership metrics like meeting cadence, campaign performance, and CSAT—while helping drive revenue growth across the platform.
You bring at least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, specifically supporting enterprise-level clients. A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Marketing, Communications, or Advertising—or equivalent experience—is required. You’re familiar with key tools and platforms like Salesforce, SalesLoft, OneNote, Asana, GAM, Highspot, and Outreach, and know how to use them to manage work efficiently and effectively.
You’re relationship-oriented and excel at growing and sustaining high-value client partnerships. You’re a collaborative team player who contributes to shared goals and supports a strong team culture. You set clear goals for yourself and stay focused on achieving results. Whether in person, over email, or on a call, you communicate clearly and with warmth, creating a positive experience for clients and coworkers alike. You approach work with energy, resilience, and a solutions-first mindset—embracing challenges, navigating ambiguity, and thinking creatively to move things forward. You learn quickly, work independently, and are motivated by both team and client success.

What We Do
Join our mission to give the people power to unlock life’s next chapter.
Our homes are the heartbeat of our lives, and we believe that finding a home shouldn’t be so hard in today’s always-on world. That’s why we’re reimagining the traditional rules of real estate to make it easier than ever to move from one home to the next.
Our journey began nearly 15 years ago with a handful of employees and one big idea: to make it radically easier for people to move. We began by helping people understand and track their homes with the Zestimate, our proprietary algorithm, and then with advanced technology and valuable connections with real estate professionals. Today, Zillow has become a household name. People are more likely to search for “Zillow” than “real estate,” and our name is often used as a verb.
While other industries have ushered in a new era of convenience, the time for seamless and convenient real estate experience is now. This is our next chapter as a company.
We’re looking for smart, passionate adventurers to join us as we reimagine the real estate transaction and change the way people buy, sell, rent and finance their homes.
