Every interaction shapes how people experience our firm. As a Client Experience Events Coordinator, you'll play an important role in ensuring our meetings and events run smoothly, creating welcoming, professional environments where clients and colleagues can connect, collaborate and do their best work.

This is a varied and people-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll coordinate a range of event and meeting requirements, build strong relationships and help create seamless experiences from start to finish.

We're open to applications from individuals with strong customer service or client-facing experience who are looking to develop their career within a professional services environment. If you're highly organised, enjoy working with people, adapt quickly to new systems and processes, and thrive in a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you!

You’ll work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a shift rota covering 7.00 am and 7.00 pm to support business requirements. Flexibility may occasionally be required to support early starts, evening events and out-of-hours or weekend activity.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating client and internal meetings and events from initial booking through to successful delivery.
  • Managing event requirements including room layouts, catering, technology, visitor access and attendee arrangements.
  • Preparing and maintaining meeting and event spaces to ensure they are professional, welcoming and ready for use.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for event organisers, providing support before and during events.
  • Responding to changing requirements and resolving issues quickly to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Working closely with Reception, Hospitality, AV, Facilities and Security teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitoring event schedules, maintaining accurate records and ensuring booking information remains up to date.
  • Supporting health and safety compliance, identifying risks and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Providing clear communication and handovers to colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Contributing ideas and continuous improvements to enhance the client and colleague experience.
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality and service delivery at all times.

What We're Looking For

You’ll be a highly organised and client-focused individual who enjoys coordinating multiple activities and delivering a consistently high standard of service. You’ll be comfortable responding to changing requirements, solving practical problems and working collaboratively with colleagues across different service teams.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience supporting meetings, events, hospitality or client-facing services within a professional or corporate environment would be beneficial.
  • Experience using a booking or event management system.
  • The ability to coordinate multiple requests, deadlines and service providers within a busy operational environment.
  • A practical understanding of meeting room layouts, event logistics, hospitality coordination and basic AV support is useful but not essential.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with people at all levels.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and booking or workflow systems.
  • The ability to maintain accurate records, follow agreed processes and provide clear operational updates.
  • A calm, practical and solutions-focused approach when priorities or requirements change.
  • Good awareness of health and safety considerations within meeting and event spaces.
  • A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach, with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality, discretion and privacy within a legal services environment.

What Can We Offer You?

  • Carers’ leave, including up to five paid days’ leave towards caring responsibilities.
  • 25 days’ annual leave entitlement and the opportunity to purchase or roll over 5 days.
  • Contributory pension of up to 5%.
  • Private healthcare policy.
  • Death in service cover of four times your base salary.
  • Eligibility to apply for an interest-free season ticket loan, interest-free gym membership loan and/or interest-free rental deposit loan.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
