The Role 

Get in the thick of it on a major account - bringing campaigns to life across a diverse mix of sponsorships and always-on activity. 

You’ll be hands-on with implementation and buying, working closely with your team to make sure everything launches smoothly and delivers exactly as planned. 

This is a fast-moving role where you’ll build your skills quickly, own your piece of the puzzle, and see your work hit the market in real time. 

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Be at the centre of delivery, keeping campaigns and sponsorships running smoothly end to end 

  • Support briefs, implementation, and reporting to ensure seamless execution every time 

  • Own media buying across channels, making sure campaigns land exactly as planned 

  • Stay across the detail, from media plans and specs to timelines and deliverables 

  • Build strong relationships with media partners to maximise every opportunity 

  • Use tools and data to track performance, optimise activity, and sharpen results 

  • Work closely with offshore teams to keep output accurate, efficient, and on time 

  • Keep finances and queries in check, ensuring everything is invoiced correctly and resolved quickly 

What You Will Bring:  

  • 1–2 years in a media agency, with hands-on experience across integrated campaigns 

  • A solid understanding of the Australian media landscape across broadcast and digital 

  • Confidence building relationships and working with a wide range of people 

  • A proactive attitude with the drive to learn fast and take ownership 

  • The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced, always-moving environment 

  • Sharp attention to detail and pride in getting the basics right every time 

  • Strong time management, balancing multiple tasks without dropping the ball 

  • Genuine interest in the category and curiosity to understand what drives performance
