We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Super team at Mercer. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office or at a client site.

In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of corporate super clients, working closely with Employers to support client acquisition, retention, and account growth. You will play an important role in building trusted client relationships, improving member outcomes and helping deliver a high-quality employer and adviser experience. You will also contribute to strategic account activity, issue resolution and broader team performance.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate super clients, with a focus on retention, account development and member growth
  • Build effective relationships with advisers and employers to support client satisfaction and long-term partnership outcomes
  • Develop and deliver account plans aligned to client needs and business objectives, including funds under management, member growth and net operating income
  • Lead client servicing activity, including issue resolution, ongoing communication, and support through onboarding and transition periods
  • Keep clients informed of relevant industry, regulatory and Mercer updates that may affect their superannuation arrangements
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to team performance, collaboration and continuous improvement

  • RG146 compliance
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior client-facing role within financial services or professional services, including managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Experience in superannuation, including knowledge of industry trends, market developments and relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven ability to develop account plans, support business growth and retention outcomes, and manage client issues effectively
