Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our insurance brokerage team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Hungarian office.
The Client Executive position is responsible for assisting Sales Executives in securing new business and retaining renewal business. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Insurance Client Executive
We will count on you to:
- Work with a portfolio of commercial clients to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of their business, organizational risks, and insurance matters
- Develop, grow, and maintain relationships between the organization and clients, focusing on new business acquisition and client retention
- Assist the Practice Leader with the preparation, management, implementation, and achievement of team/unit business plans and goals
- Collaborate with senior-level colleagues and project specialists to identify key decision-makers, assess account needs, and evaluate underlying risks to determine the best services and products that will address client business objectives and compliance requirements, thereby expanding accounts
- Contribute to the company’s profit objectives through effective management and attainment of revenue and expense budgets
- Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to build a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market, and represent the company
What you need to have:
- A Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, or Engineering
- Knowledge of insurance products and the market, with a preferred specialization in non-life insurance, in particular property damage, liability, technical and CAR/EAR insurance
- Experience working with commercial organizations
- Confidence in interacting with and presenting to clients at the board level
- At least two years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of accomplishment and sales experience
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Fluency in Hungarian and English (both written and oral)
