Our Brand, Media & Creative team is seeking an outstanding individual who is passionate about marketing and communication. We value the ability to combine deep human understanding with new technologies to deliver meaningful insights and consultancy to our clients.

Key areas of responsibility
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Brand, Media & Creative team to deliver flawless research projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
The domain expert plays an active role in our Brand, Media & Creative team, contributing to research projects that meet commercial goals. This includes delivering value, driving commercial growth, and supporting the development of our brand, communication, and analytics for business expansion.
Commercial strategy
- Support senior team members in developing pitches/proposals and research designs
- Actively participate in the setup of assigned projects
- Assist in the production of project deliverables
- Engage in conversations with advertisers, agencies, and publishers to keep clients updated on Kantar solutions
Client management
- Gradually cultivate positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Aid in crafting and implementing research that fulfills client requirements using Kantar solutions.
- Synthesize internal and external information and interrogate data sources to deliver outstanding insights
- Build domain expertise to add incremental value and impact to delivery
- Ensure the delivery of “meaningful impact” that sets Kantar apart from other agencies
Financial management
- Deliver against the annual domain plan
- Support the team to ensure the financial performance of projects aligns with expectations for all assigned accounts
Our expectations
- This job is suited for individuals with some experience or interest in the market research industry or academic background in social sciences research. Comfort with numbers is required.
- Equivalent experience in addition to a master’s degree is also acceptable.
- You feel comfortable at least using Excel and PowerPoint
- You have a good understanding and big curiosity around marketing, advertising and analytics
- You are passionate about brands and how to help them grow
- You have strong communication skills and excel at building interpersonal relationships;
- You have a strong inclination towards curiosity and ask thoughtful questions
- You have excellent language proficiency in both Greek & English (written and spoken).
