- Act as a key point of contact for routine client requests and deliverables
- Build strong working relationships with client contacts
- Support clients in understanding and using Worldpanel data
- Maintain a professional and responsive communication style
- Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, and insights
- Support the development of storytelling from data
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports
- Provide initial interpretation and recommendations
- Manage client requests and ensure timely, accurate delivery
- Produce regular deliverables such as reports and databases
- Assist in handling project briefs from start to finish
- Ensure high standards of data quality and accuracy
- Take ownership of day-to-day client requests
- Support managers in client meetings and follow-up actions
- Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions
- Contribute to maintaining service standards
- Identify potential opportunities within client accounts
- Support managers in developing proposals
- Contribute to account growth initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver client outputs
- Develop personal expertise in FMCG markets and data tools
