Client Executive – Multinational (Incoming Business)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Executive to join our Marsh Multinational team in Stockholm.

Role Description:

As a Client Executive within Multinational, you will play a key role in managing and developing relationships with our multinational clients and Marsh’s global network. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our multinational portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with multinational clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement tailored risk management solutions.
• Provide strategic advice and insights to clients on insurance and risk management best practices.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for client growth and retention.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor, managing client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

What You Need To Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, insurance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in client management, insurance, or risk management, preferably in a multinational context.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and risk management strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
