We will count on you to:
- Develop, grow, and maintain the relationship between the organization and clients, with a focus on new business and retention. Identify, find and contact potential new medium and large company customers in line with the sales strategy. Deliver on assigned revenue targets.
- Serve as a contact by addressing ad hoc requests and managing client satisfaction.
- Coordinate, recommend and evaluate delivery of solutions and products, to ensure alignment with client requirements, agreements, quality control standards, compliance requirements.
- Provide technical and transactional support on client accounts to ensure relationship satisfaction and facilitate a mutual internal and external understanding.
- Liaise between internal teams, vendors, clients, on an ongoing basis to ensure high service delivery and to respond to questions. Participate in the preparation of tender materials, coordination and compilation of tender materials
- Attend and active participation in sales and marketing campaigns and in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company.
