Collaborating closely with the RVP Sales - APAC, this is a key role dedicated to expanding OSF’s business through strategic new business development across a defined territory. This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll focus on growing OSF’s presence in new or dormant accounts, taking initiative and using diverse strategies to penetrate existing and new enterprise level Salesforce customers.
It's about being relentless, proactive, and doing everything possible to build a robust pipeline and exceed targets.
Requirements
- Drive revenue growth in large enterprise accounts, meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.
- Utilise your commercial expertise to identify and cultivate new opportunities across OSF's offerings.
- Build and expand relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Engage with contacts from executive to user levels, adapting to both strategic and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support contract negotiation and agreement closure.
- Create offerings that align with both client and OSF’s business objectives, pre- and post-sale.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong B2B sales experience selling strategic enterprise level solutions.
- Success in developing territories, achieving targets, and managing diverse accounts.
- Strong existing network within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Background in professional services and/or managed services.
- Experience in a partner/vendor relationship model, especially with large global IT vendors.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, integration, and eCommerce tools.
- Exceptional organisational skills and capability to work in a highly autonomous environment.
