Duties:
The Client Engagement Specialist (“CES”) is an integral member of Axiom’s Operations Support (“Ops Support”). The CES will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction both during and after their onboarding journey. The CES will be accountable for providing timely and efficient customer support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns. The CES will develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences. This includes working to resolve or educate clients about potential issues/challenges. The CES is expected to optimize client utilization through engagement, training and support and highlighting opportunities for improvement. Additionally, the CES will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Operations Manager.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions of the CES are to:
- Build relationships with customers, provide support and relay issues to management.
- Create engagement strategies based on client feedback with support from the sales team.
- Follow up with customers through phone and email outreach; set expectations and communicate often.
- Records client data in the customer relationship management software.
- Keep clients informed about updates, new features, and any relevant information.
Qualifications:
- The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 4 years with a focus on client engagement, client success, customer service or account management role, preferably in the occupational health field.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach,
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work,
- Light to moderate lifting is required,
- Ability to uphold the stress of traveling,
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.
Additional Information:
Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
