Job DescriptionAre you a motivated, people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and making a real impact? Healthcare Australia is seeking a confident Business Development & Client Engagement professional to help grow our NDIS services and referral network.
In this client-facing role, you’ll build new relationships, convert enquiries into active clients, and promote HCA within the community. You’ll spend time both on the road and in the office, connecting with referral partners, meeting clients and families, attending events, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Experience in NDIS or healthcare is essential — we’ll provide full training to set you up for success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Talking with potential clients, families, and referrers about our NDIS services
- Following up on enquiries and helping guide people through the sign-up process
- Building a pipeline of future clients and spotting opportunities to grow our reach
- Attending community events to promote our services (and helping plan them too!)
- Working with our internal teams to make sure new clients are matched with the right care and services
About you!
You’re a confident communicator with experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role. Self-motivated and results-driven, you’re comfortable initiating conversations, following up leads, and building strong relationships.
With a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills, you take pride in representing a trusted healthcare brand. You’ll engage with NDIS clients, families, and referral partners, identify new opportunities, and manage enquiries with professionalism and care. You’ll also guide clients through the onboarding process and work closely with internal teams to establish tailored supports.

You’ll need a current Working with Children Check and a Police Check (dated within the last 12 months). Experience planning or attending events is a bonus!
