  • Expand the collaborator network by initiating new conversations and growing the influence and penetration of Worldpanel solutions across functions (Insights, Marketing, Category, Sales, Strategy, E‑commerce).

2) Strategy & Insights

  • Craft compelling strategic narratives and present confidently to senior audiences, from quarterly reviews to executive workshops.
  • Encourage growth via clear recommendations on portfolio, pricing, promotion, retail execution, and shopper/consumer strategy.

3) Account Management & Commercial Growth

  • Own revenue and growth targets for your client portfolio, ensuring renewal, expansion, and multi‑solution penetration.
  • Proactively identify commercial opportunities (new studies, advanced analytics, innovation, media & targeting, linkages, consulting).
  • Lead commercial proposals, negotiations, and statements of work—balancing value delivered, feasibility, and profitability.

4) Team Leadership

  • Lead a small client team (Client Managers/Executives), developing analytical, consulting, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Set clear ways of working, mentor for performance, and develop a collaborative, inclusive culture.
  • Supervise all deliverables to ensure Kantar / Worldpanel quality standards across reporting, projects, and advisory work.

5) Service Development

  • Contribute to the evolution of Worldpanel products, tools, and methodologies from a market/client vantage point.
  • Pilot and champion new solutions, process improvements, and automation that increase value and impact for clients.

Your background will ideally look like this…

    • Proven track record managing senior client relationships and leading strategic accounts in FMCG/Retail or related sectors.
    • Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or similar.
    • Experience negotiating contracts, managing cross‑functional initiatives, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams (analytics, commercial, product).
    • Comfortable managing a P&L or revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline development.
    • Able to translate complex data into clear, meaningful stories.
    • Commercial approach, ability to find opportunities, build proposals, and grow revenue while delivering measurable client value.
    • Leadership skills, collaborative, inspiring, and accountable; experienced in coaching and building high‑performing teams.
    • Critical thinking, curiosity, and outcome‑orientation; able to challenge constructively and influence decisions.
    • Proficiency with PowerPoint/Excel; familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
    • Solid understanding of panel data concepts (penetration, frequency, loyalty, repertoire, trip missions, channel shifts, price/promo, media linkage).
    • Business proficiency in Spanish and English required; Catalan a plus.
