As a Client Data Analyst, within the Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) program, you will be reponsibile for developing and maintaining global platforms that streamline client onboarding and renewals. You manage and prioritize remediation and renewals populations, leveraging various applications and extensive data to deliver actionable insights and progress updates to stakeholders and global teams. You collaborate with reporting and technology teams to enhance the WKO Population Management Registry, ensuring reporting environments and future models meet evolving business needs. Partnering with senior leaders, you anticipate requirements and provide value-added analytics, delivering clear, substantiated metrics and reports that uphold data integrity for senior management and strategy teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the LOB, Consumers, and Technology to perform root cause analysis and develop the strategic resolution for Reliance
- Quickly assimilate systems, data to help generate summary/detailed level diagnosis. This includes understanding the end to end process and controls.
- Coordinate with LOB Business Leads, Reference Data Domain Leads and Functional Domain SME's to understand data capabilities, current state solutions and assess the ability to deliver a strategic platform
- Act as a subject matter expert around the WKO infrastructure environment assisting various teams with adhoc requests.
- Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
- Select, configure and implement analytics solutions
- Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
- Building technology solutions to aggregate data and develop metrics
- Provide regular status updates to management; develop presentations and materials
- Make decisions that are effective and well-grounded based on guidelines, policies, and insights
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Data Analysis and Business Analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of products, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Experience with a particular focus in Data Analytics or Data Management.
- Demonstrated ability to exhibit the highest standards of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Flexibility to work on other migration and remediation projects as needed.
- Highly energetic self-starter with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; able to develop and clearly present conclusions and potential solutions, considering inherent risks.
- Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization, including the ability to synthesize key messages for senior management.
- Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing priorities.
- Capability to work independently with strong follow-through, as well as adapt to a team environment.
