- Performing the role of a Client Coordinator in the areas of BGV related update and progress which includes client relationship management
- Creating/ordering the cases on behalf of FADV on the portal
- Ensuring TAT and SLA is well maintained as per the Client's requirement
- Handling and interfacing the client (from the client's site) for all BGV related processes and resolve queries
- Managing the daily report / dashboard for tracking progress
- Responsible for end-to-end BGV delivery as the Client SPOC
- Building the collaboration and trust with the client for best output
