How You'll Contribute...
- Proactively reach out to Business.com clients via phone, email, and sms to review their account and business needs
- Walk clients through their Business.com listing or services and ensure they understand how to use the platform effectively
- Identify areas for optimization or upsell based on client goals and pain points
- Act as a consultative partner, offering solutions that align with available services and features
- Maintain clear documentation of client interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer support, marketing) to ensure a seamless client experience
- Track feedback, surface common requests or issues, and help shape process improvements
What We're Looking For...
- 1–3 years of experience preferred but not required in customer service, account management, or sales support
- Comfortable conducting outbound calls and building rapport with clients
- Time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and guide clients with confidence
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a natural problem solver
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional experience
Bonus Points...
- Experience working with small and mid-sized businesses
- Previous exposure to digital marketing, local listings, or online business platforms
- Bilingual communication skills
