For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Client Campaigns (Senior) Coordinator role. The exact level of position will be adjusted to the successful candidate individually based on their professional experience and how they present themselves during the recruitment process.
About the team
Join our global team supporting digital marketing campaigns that enhance client experience and drive business growth. Collaborating with business development, marketing, creative, and digital communications teams, our function covers planning, execution, analytics, and innovation in digital marketing.
You will be responsible for
Coordinating demand-generation marketing campaigns across digital channels
Analysing client data to identify targeted marketing opportunities
Advising stakeholders on media, marketing trends and innovation
Creating and sourcing engaging content for campaigns
Monitoring, reporting, and visualising campaign and website performance
Guiding best practice and optimization to achieve expected outcomes
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective delivery
Supporting stakeholders in using digital campaign tools
Assuring quality and accuracy in client-facing materials
Apply if you
Have experience in digital marketing across multiple channels
Are familiar with analytics tools; Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a strong asset
Demonstrate excellent English communication skills (additional languages welcome)
Understand market research and data analysis methodologies
Can source, create, and tailor digital content
Excel at teamwork, attention to detail, and managing multiple deadlines
Show initiative and commitment to ongoing development
