As a Client Business Executive (CBE) for the Central Florida region, you will be a high-impact hunter responsible for accelerating Thrive’s footprint in the Mid-to-Large Enterprise market. You’ll engage directly with buy-side decision makers, build executive relationships, and drive net-new revenue for our Technology Managed Services Platform.
Candidates can live anywhere in Central Florida.
- Hunt, prospect, and close net-new enterprise clients across your region
- Convert inbound leads and grow a strong vendor/referral network
- Lead the full consultative sales cycle from discovery to contract close
- Meet or exceed revenue goals through direct and indirect sales efforts
- Build scalable one-to-many lead sources to drive sustained pipeline growth
- Establish yourself as a thought leader in targeted high-value verticals
- Qualify opportunities and collaborate with internal technical teams to shape solutions
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline, and account data in Salesforce
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the MSP landscape
- Attend key industry and networking events to expand visibility and reach
- Meet with qualified prospects onsite (up to 20% travel, primarily in Central Florida)
- Complete required reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks
- 5+ years of experience driving new logo sales in Managed IT solutions, SaaS, HaaS or cybersecurity
- Solution selling experience into compliance-driven verticals such as Healthcare, Life Sciences or Financial Services
- Robust, strategically developed industry network capable of accelerating pipeline growth and driving net-new revenue
- Strong ability to build trust, overcome objections and close complex consultative deals
- Strong organizational and CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Must be able to collaborate in a team environment while working with operational discipline
- Lead discovery-driven conversations and have excellent communication with executive level
