What would your role be?
- Take ownership and support the management of a client portfolio, putting the client’s needs in first place.
- Be the go-to expert when it comes to the administration of the client’s accounts (openings, closings, cash managements, transfers, stock exchange orders and control of executions, fiduciary deposit renews, etc.).
- Use keen foresight in anticipating new risks through the accurate monitoring of risk and compliance indicators.
- Guide the relationship managers in KYC related matters, support them in the organization of client meetings and in the preparation of investment proposals.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all facility management-related topics, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly.
- Provide hands-on support for facility-related tasks, including minor repairs, furniture assembly, and equipment setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage office renovations, general cleaning topics, or reconfigurations.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar position within the banking industry.
- Fluency in English and effective communication skills. Additional languages would be an advantage.
- A strong team-player and a strong interest for a high-level client service.
- Good understanding of financial products and markets.
- Excellent IT skills (software tools, MS office).
