As a Client & Hospitality Services Associate, you help create a smooth and welcoming workplace for employees, clients, and visitors. From managing mail and deliveries to supporting meeting spaces and office services, you play a critical role in keeping daily operations organized and efficient.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a service-driven environment, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives while supporting multiple teams. Your work ensures that operational needs are handled with care, accuracy, and reliability, maintaining a professional office environment where everyone can perform their roles effectively.

By supporting office services, mail operations, and shared spaces, you enable employees and visitors to focus on what matters most, knowing that their day-to-day needs are handled professionally and efficiently. Without this support, workflow and productivity across the organization would be disrupted.
What You’ll DoMail and Package Services
- Manage inbound and outbound mail and packages, including sorting, tracking, and distributing deliveries.
- Support shipping and receiving operations and respond to delivery inquiries.
Print and Office Equipment Support
- Assist with print and copy services.
- Monitor office equipment functionality, perform basic checks, and submit maintenance requests when necessary.
Workplace and Facilities Support
- Maintain pantry, kitchen, and meeting areas to ensure spaces remain clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with meeting room setups and general office support tasks.
- Coordinate office moves and workspace adjustments when required.
Guest and Client Services
- Deliver 5-star customer service to all client and company employees.
- Provide front desk or reception coverage when needed.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
Operational and Team Support
- Proactively assist with operational tasks and support team needs.
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology systems
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of related experience preferred
- Ability to work assigned hours as determined by management
- Ability to lift packages up to 60 lbs. using standard carts
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and sit for extended periods
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment and computer systems
