You’ll work closely with experienced leaders, gain hands‑on exposure to account management and client strategy, and build skills that can lead to future growth within client success and solution‑focused roles.
Responsibilities
Coordinate accounts receivable activity with finance to ensure Netsmart receives timely payment and resolve issues that cause delays in payment.
Monitor clients’ recurring revenue for events that may require attention, such as renewals, consulting revenue milestones, and delayed starts to subscription.
Assist with the development and maintenance of account plans, using SalesForce and the Account Optimizer module.
Assist in the sales process for targeted opportunities through quote generation, demo coordination, solution research, and client communications.
Run demand generation campaigns using tools such as Highspot. Perform follow up with campaign targets to identify and qualify new sales opportunities
Monitor support activity for cases or trends that require Client Alignment involvement to maintain the health of the client. Work directly with clients to prioritize and escalate support cases as necessary.
Coordinate and track Netsmart engineering work for clients, including the LOE process and custom development projects.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of sales experience or successful completion of the Client Representative program
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Effective presentation skills, including presentations in a sales capacity.
Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding relationship building skills.
Preferred
Sales or account management experience
Health care and/or technology services and solutions with emphasis on health and human services or post acute marketplace experience
Expectations
