The Role

Responsible for managing long-term client relationships with existing clients including sale of solutions and services.

Client Alignment Success Representative:

As a Client Alignment Success Representative at Netsmart, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our clients' success by proactively managing client relationships and coordinating various activities to guarantee seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of the most strategic client partners in the country, supporting their goals and helping to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of account plans, using SalesForce and the Account Optimizer module.

  • Monitor support activity for cases or trends that require Client Alignment involvement to maintain the health of the client.  Work directly with clients to prioritize and escalate support cases as necessary.

  • Monitor clients’ recurring revenue for events that may require attention, such as renewals, consulting revenue milestones, and delayed starts to subscription.

  • Coordinate accounts receivable activity with finance to ensure Netsmart receives timely payment and resolve issues that cause delays in payment.

  • Coordinate and track Netsmart engineering work for clients, including the LOE process and custom development projects.

Qualifications
Required

  • Ability to work onsite in our Overland Park, KS office

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 2 years of account executive/account management experience

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Effective presentation skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with outstanding relationship building skills.

Preferred

  • Account management experience

  • Health care and/or technology services and solutions with emphasis on health and human services or post-acute marketplace experience
