We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Client Advisor.
This role will be based in Urbandale, Iowa, and is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
As a Client Advisor, you will serve as the project manager for large initiatives and complex accounts, ensuring action plans are implemented effectively and service delivery meets or exceeds expectations. You will draft comprehensive client-facing documents such as white papers, strategic approaches, financial analyses, and presentations to support sales opportunities and account growth.
Additionally, you will conduct market and industry research to identify new growth areas and trends and perform data analysis to support proposal development and client presentations. You will address escalated issues promptly, manage expectations, mitigate relationship risks, and provide technical and transactional support for high-priority relationships.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $75,800 to $121,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a client management role.
- Background in the insurance industry, particularly underwriting, brokerage, or Property & Casualty.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively to diverse audiences.
