We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Client Advisor. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Act as the lead advisory colleague on medium-sized or moderately complex accounts, developing a deep understanding of clients’ business priorities, risk strategies, and risk management needs to provide tailored advice.
- Utilize substantial risk expertise and industry knowledge to review clients’ exposures and loss experience, developing solutions that meet their needs, including recommending additional products and services.
- Present, develop, and execute renewal and placement strategies in collaboration with Placement, Advisory Leaders, and Client Executives.
- Partner with Placement to evaluate quotes from carriers, negotiate terms, and present evaluations to clients.
- Participate in presentations to prospective clients, identify new product opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to attract new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for complex client needs.
- Coordinate the production of client deliverables, monitor delivery and invoicing, and ensure the quality of materials provided to clients.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of market conditions to contribute to the firm’s expertise and internal knowledge sharing.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in risk advisory, insurance, or related fields, with a focus on medium-sized or complex accounts.
- Strong understanding of risk management strategies, insurance products, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deliverables efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
