As a Frette Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an extraordinary Frette experience that builds long-term client relationships and drives ongoing sales. You will achieve this through a combination of five Frette passions, which you can nurture and grow overtime, while developing your own signature touch:

In this role you will:

  • Live and embody the Frette DNA in each client interaction, using your unique passions and personality to make each client interaction extraordinary and contribute to the brand’s 160 years of legacy.
  • Develop client relationships and store network to exceed commercial targets through your entrepreneurial spirit and love for building your own business.
  • Find new opportunities to enhance and elevate every life moment for the client through outstanding design expertise, product knowledge, service craft, and cultural fluency.

DRIVE CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS & SALES

  • Develop and deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and spending; meet and exceed sales targets and clienteling KPIs.
  • Cultivate new and existing clients, proactively reaching out and finding new opportunities to connect with clients.
  • Master the art of open-ended questions to capture client data beyond standard information.
  • Build your own client book and deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative and creative ways to grow your client business through proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and elevated experiences that make clients feel special.
  • Create personalized client proposals tailored to client needs and continuously expand occasions to bring Frette to client’s life through upselling, cross-selling and White Glove services.
  • Proactively seek new partnership opportunities with local designers and hospitality partners to grow your business.

DELIVER SERVICE ARTISTRY

  • Bring outstanding knowledge of Frette products and craft through engaging storytelling.
  • Execute and elevate the Frette selling ceremony to the highest standard, adapting the ceremony to individual client needs and with your own signature touch.
  • Understand client’s home and interior preferences and connect the ceremony to their home style, integrating design and style expertise and trends.
  • Execute service best practices by optimizing hospitality and story amenities to create unique service experience.
  • Leverage client feedback to continually improve the experience.

ENSURE OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

  • Efficiently execute the following daily performance needs, including but not limited to: key holder opening and closing store procedures, cash handling, charge sends, returns and exchanges, quote/proposal preparation, resolving client concerns as well as completing and relaying all required reporting.
  • Participate in the processing of new shipments and help the team to keep the receiving and back stock area clean and organized.
  • Participate in maintaining visual standards, including VM rotations, bed changes, and daily VM and cleanliness standards.

Qualifiche

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience within a luxury retail environment, hospitality, or interior design.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays, including availability to attend offsite appointments, networking events, installations, etc, as needed.
  • Natural passion for people and service; able to connect with diverse clients from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Passion for design and interior style; awareness of the latest cultural and design trends.
  • Team-oriented but also self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit; able to influence others and build relationships.
  • Proficiency with retail operating systems including POS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Taking accountability for achieving goals and completing work at the highest standard.
  • Positive attitude that contributes to an uplifting team environment.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to use good judgment when making decisions.

Informazioni aggiuntive

We offer a full-time contract with "CCNL Commercio" and a salary range of €25.000-28,000 per year, a incentive scheme and 7€ meal voucher.
