As a Client Admin Specialist, you'll work closely with Account Managers and internal partners to help ensure client-related processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and supporting business operations while building knowledge that can lead to future growth opportunities within Account Management or Customer Success.
A role you will love
As a Client Admin Specialist, you'll serve as the operational support partner to the Account Management team. You'll focus on administrative execution, workflow coordination, order processing, documentation management, and internal support activities that help Account Managers serve clients and drive business growth.
This position is primarily focused on behind-the-scenes operational support rather than direct client management. You'll help improve efficiency, keep workflows moving, and ensure important account-related activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Managing back-office administrative activities supporting Account Management teams
- Processing and tracking client orders
- Maintaining and updating client information within internal systems
- Coordinating workflows and task queues across multiple teams
- Tracking outstanding items and ensuring timely completion
- Supporting account documentation, reporting, and administrative processes
- Coordinating internally to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and workflow efficiencies
- Assisting with operational support activities that improve account management effectiveness
- Preparing client materials, reports, and documentation as needed

Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong organizational and task management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong documentation and workflow management capabilities
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Administrative or operational support experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow-through
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, account support, or client services environment
- Experience supporting account management or customer support teams
- Industry experience within Corporate Governance, Registered Agent Services, Corporate Compliance, or Business Filings
- Client support or account support experience
- Registered Agent or Corporate Services industry experience
- Familiarity with compliance, governance, or filing services environments
- Experience identifying process improvements and operational efficiencies
