Job Description
Responsible for managing end-to-end life cycle of client account activities - including on boarding, on-going maintenance, and termination. Role requires high level of organizational acumen and attention to detail to ensure operational accuracy. Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for seamless communication, resolve issues proactively, and uphold service standards.Manage end-to-end on boarding process across diverse account types, ensuring all required documentation is accurately collected, validated and efficiently processed. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams for smooth transition of on boarding process and in alignment and adherence with company policies.
Manage and coordinate continuous maintenance for client accounts. Clear Communication to internal and external stakeholders about the changes. Maintain diligent tracking and ensure completion in adherence to company policy and procedures.
Manage the termination of client accounts, ensuring all actions are executed with accuracy and in adherence to company policy and procedures.
Complete cross-functional expertise and serve as a backup resource to enhance team agility across all supported business operations.
Process daily and ad hoc trades with accuracy and in accordance with company policies/procedures.
REQUIRED skill set
MBA (Finance) incumbent with at least 1–3 years of professional experience.
Solid understanding of portfolio accounting/investment operations activities including client on boarding.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and remain team player, act proactively, and think creatively.
Ability to work independently following established policies and procedures.
Must have good MS office skills viz. MS Excel, word, PPT, share point etc.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work with limited work direction and function effectively in a team environment.
