The Senior Specialist, Accounts Receivable works closely with the other Accounts Receivable Specialists to maintain the accurate workflow for billing and accounting. Is a great partner with Healthcare Organizations and Associate Vendors nationwide. Resolves open items effectively.

• Provides support to Accounts Receivable Specialist I and II positions as needed.
• Maintains and prepares revenue forecast file for leadership.
• Set up Automated Clearing House (ACH) Deposit for vendors.
• Monitors secondary bank account for payments, and apply as needed.
• Provides Statement of Account to Auditors/Customers/SW team as needed.
• Handles Vendor Funding Agreements and ensure payment is remitted according to contract.
• Collaborates with Account Management, Implementation, and Leadership to keep special projects that pertain to billing on schedule.

Education & Years of Experience

• High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience

Additional Experience

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing or General Office

• Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
• Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
