  • Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external providers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction structures (e.g., Jersey, Ireland, Cayman, Bahrain) and related reporting expectations
  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar accounting systems
  • Prior experience supporting audit delivery for a portfolio of entities

Career Path

Career path opportunities may include progression within Capital Markets Accounting (Client Accountant → Senior Client Accountant → Assistant Manager/Manager) or broader mobility into funds, corporate services, or specialist roles (e.g., reporting, process improvement, or client relationship management). People leadership and technical specialist tracks are both available, supported by learning resources and development opportunities at CSC.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and provide insightful reports to support decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support the audit process.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing and collection of fees.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the management team.
Qualifications

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a willingness to learn and develop.
