Sie möchten Ihre Accounting-Expertise in einem internationalen und dynamischen Umfeld einbringen? Als Mandantenbuchhalter / Client Accountant (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für spannende internationale Mandate und arbeiten eng mit Kunden, Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Teams zusammen.

Dabei erwarten Sie abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben rund um HGB-Buchhaltung, Reporting und Jahresabschlüsse – mit viel Raum für Eigenverantwortung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung.


Ihre Aufgaben

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Accountants bei der Betreuung eines Portfolios von Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) sowie Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Mandantenbeziehungen.
  • Durchführung und Unterstützung der laufenden Buchhaltung nach HGB, einschließlich der Verbuchung und Prüfung von Geschäftsvorfällen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie beim Rechnungsmanagement.
  • Vorbereitung von Kontenabstimmungen, Finanzanalysen und relevanten Arbeitspapieren.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB (German GAAP).
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sowie weiteren Bestandteilen des Jahresabschlusses.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Koordination von Jahresabschlussprüfungen für SPVs sowie Nachverfolgung prüfungsrelevanter Themen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen, Körperschaftsteuererklärungen und weiteren regulatorischen Meldungen.
  • Kommunikation mit externen Ansprechpartnern wie Banken, Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und anderen Dienstleistern.
  • Sicherstellung, dass Mandanten- und Finanzdaten in den internen Systemen vollständig und korrekt gepflegt werden.
  • Unterstützung der Senior-Kollegen im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei internen Projekten und Prozessoptimierungen.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Accounting, Finance, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einem Corporate Services Provider, einer Bank, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder im Private-Equity- bzw. Immobiliensektor.
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der HGB-Buchhaltung und deutschen Rechnungslegung (German GAAP), idealerweise einschließlich der Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Kontenabstimmungen, Finanzanalysen, Buchungsunterlagen und Jahresabschlussunterlagen.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie idealerweise mit SPVs oder vergleichbaren Gesellschaftsstrukturen.
  • Kenntnisse weiterer internationaler Rechnungslegungsstandards, insbesondere IFRS, sind von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und gutes Zeitmanagement sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben und Prioritäten gleichzeitig zu steuern.

Skills Required

  • Completed degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate services provider, bank, audit firm, private equity, or real estate sector
  • Practical experience with HGB accounting and German GAAP
  • Experience preparing monthly and annual financial statements
  • Knowledge of account reconciliations, financial analyses, booking documentation, and annual financial statement working papers
  • Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
  • Experience with SPVs or comparable corporate structures
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards, particularly IFRS
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
