Job Description: 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will manage client accounts, provide timely support, and collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver exceptional service that drives client satisfaction and loyalty

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update client information and account records accurately in the company database.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Monitor client accounts for changes or discrepancies and proactively communicate any concerns.
  • Assist clients in understanding product features, billing information, and contractual terms.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in client account management or customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
