As a Client Account Manager at ZayZoon, you’ll be the main point of contact for our existing and newly onboarded clients. You’ll build meaningful connections, drive client satisfaction, and contribute to ZayZoon’s growth through your interactions and insights with lots of opportunity to have an impact.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build meaningful relationships with our employer clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maximal employee adoption through amplifying the client service delivery from the initial onboarding to ongoing adoption and maintenance
  • Work with clients to help improve employee engagement and uptakeTake learnings from client interactions, and use those learnings to help us grow and mature our product
  • Provide ongoing support for client inquiries
  • Leverage client relationships to request referrals, testimonials and case studies
  • Help formalize and document processes and procedures leveraged

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO BE SOMEONE WHO:

  • Exhibits a desire to learn
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management in a start-up/scale-up, or in Payroll/HCM
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and ticketing systems such as Hubspot, Intercom or JIRA
  • Experience analyzing data with Excel or Sheets
  • Strong technical acumen and troubleshooting skills

Candidates must be located in Canada to be considered.

We are organized as a remote team, as such we are looking for candidates who can work effectively remotely. You must have access to a secure high speed internet connection and a secure workspace to ensure security of private information. This role is available on a permanently remote basis.


Please be aware that as part of our final hiring process, we will conduct reference calls with previous managers and possibly other individuals. Additionally, due to the nature of our business, a criminal record check and a basic security clearance will also be required.
