Department OverviewIP Video is the creator of the HALO Smart Sensor, a multifunctional safety and security device with built-in vape detection and air quality monitoring, gunshot detection, abnormal noise and motion detection and emergency keyword detection. The HALO Smart Sensor improves situational awareness and makes it possible to help protect people and spaces even where video security solutions are not permitted.
Job Description

We are currently seeking a Client Account Manager (CAM) for our Southeast region to be located within the states of FL. The CAM will be responsible for introducing, supporting and securing long-term relationships with customers. Your additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Primary ownership of maintaining CRM for assigned territory.

  • Prospect, qualify and develop new customer relationships both within partner and end-user communities.

  • Works closely with marketing in execution of end user and channel lead generation campaigns.

  • Follow-up of inquiries from social media, website, email and tradeshows.

  • Respond to requests for sales-related information and pricing.

  • Assist RCSM in cultivating end user, channel customer and security consultant relationships and opportunities.

  • Drives and administers onboarding process of channel customers.

  • Maintain various sales and onboarding reports as required. 

  • Review customer specifications and identify customers’ needs clearly enough and be able to prepare formal quotations.

  • On occasion participate in regional and national tradeshows.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of Sales Experience

  • This role calls for the ability to carry out complex business conversations in English and Spanish, this is not mandatory but is highly preferred

  • Bachelors Degree is preferred.

  • Passionate about sales. 

  • Prior customer support experience is required. 

  • Experience in selling technology solutions a plus.

  • Detail and administrative oriented. 

  • Ability to complete a large volume of work quickly. 

  • Strong computer applications skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Experience in CRM software a plus but not required.

  • High degree of accuracy, flexibility, ability to maintain multiple projects with shifting priorities.

  • Some travel to customer meetings and trade shows, less than 20% 

  • All prospective employees must pass a background check. 

  • Must have a valid drivers' license and clean driving record
