Client Account Executive

The Client Account Executive helps customers navigate one of the most important financial moments of their lives: buying property abroad. Sitting within the Redpin Payments team, the role is directly responsible for guiding buyers, sellers, and property professionals through the payment journey, resolving transactional bottlenecks, building trust during high-pressure situations, and driving active adoption of the Redpin platform.

This is an execution-focused, commercially oriented role sitting at the intersection of customer onboarding, transaction delivery, and commercial ownership. You will work closely with BDEs, Product, Compliance, and Operations to convert commercial opportunities into active workspaces, reduce time-to-completion, and maximise platform volume.

• Convert commercial opportunities into active Redpin workspaces.
• Team up with BDEs and Product Specialists to guide new accounts, speed up client onboarding, and turn one-off relationships into ongoing revenue.

Transaction Execution & Crisis Triage

• Guide customers through international property payment transactions.
• Support customers through key completion milestones, keeping panicking clients calm and unblocking sensitive situations under tight deadlines.
• Identify and recover at-risk opportunities.

• Drive platform adoption, increasing workspace usage to help customers complete more transactions through Redpin.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and referral sources.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and workspace activity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Compliance, and Commercial teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in Customer Success, Account Management, Commercial Sales, Financial Services, or Payments Operations.
• Sales Partnership: Proven ability to collaborate with local sales reps—stepping in as the trusted partner to guide new accounts, speed up onboarding, and turn one-off relationships into reliable, ongoing revenue.
• High-Pressure Execution: Demonstrated resilience and composure under pressure, with a track record of keeping panicking clients calm, taking charge during tight completion deadlines, and unblocking sensitive situations when the clock is ticking.
• Data & Operational Discipline: Strong organisational skills and data literacy, with a habit of using CRM records and customer activity trends to solve operational bottlenecks.
• Ownership & Agility: Strong ownership mindset, accountability for commercial results, and comfort adapting to fast-evolving products and operational models.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Sector background in Payments, FX, Banking, Fintech, PropTech, or International Real Estate.
• Practical experience managing high-volume customer onboarding, payment processing, or account portfolios.
• Prior experience operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Professional working proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Success in this role will be evaluated across four primary performance pillars:

• Workspace Creation (WS): Speed and volume of new client opportunities converted into active Redpin workspaces.
• RP Budget Revenue: Contribution to regional revenue through completed transactions and protected margins.
• Operational Excellence: SLA compliance, CRM accuracy, and swift resolution of transactional escalations.
• Customer Adoption: Increased platform usage frequency and recurring transaction volume across assigned accounts.
