Short Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the development of cleaning strategies, cleaning process establishment, and cleaning validation for new processes and equipment in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of cleaning processes for existing manufacturing operations
- Lead, develop and manage a team of specialists, including goal setting, performance management, coaching and capability development
- Ensure effective resource planning, prioritisation, and workload distribution within the team
- Prepare registration documentation and collaborate with regulatory authorities
- Develop and implement training and development plans for team members
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with global and local stakeholders (Quality, Engineering, MS&T, Operations)
- Drive resolution of technical challenges and provide support during audits and regulatory inspections
- Promote a culture of compliance, accountability and continuous improvement in line with GMP and company standards
Qualifications:
- University Degree or 300 ECTS - Biotechnology, Food Technology, Natural Sciences, Chemical Engineering and Technology
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and GMP standards
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning process development and cleaning validation in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in team leadership or coordination roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in Croatian and English
- IT literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
