POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team in our fast-paced healthcare laundry facility. We are looking for someone who is confident in decision making, can act quickly, and has excellent communication skills. If you are ready to make a commitment to measurable performance and continuous improvements, then we want to hear from you!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Feeding clean items into machines that fold or iron
- Sorting and packing linens for delivery to hospital partners
- Sort soiled linens or recently washed linens
- Stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift
- Work around industrial machinery, in varying temperatures and conditions (dust, humidity, noise, etc.)
- Meet production standards and KPIs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Good analytical skills to be able to determine the number of carts required for orders.
- Ability to work in a noisy fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to stand and move for entire work shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a laundry or production environment
