Job Title

Clean Room Associate I - GraveyardResponsible for visually inspecting, cleaning, labeling and packaging product in a Clean Room environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Under general supervision, assists with visual inspection, cleaning, packaging and labeling product according to customer specifications and Company clean room procedures

  • Operate automated blasting and automated cleaning lines, including loading parts into fixtures, selecting the correct program, and monitoring the process while parts run independently

  • Follows established Glove and Gown protocols for Clean Room duties reporting any deviations to appropriate personnel to ensure product non-contamination

  • Receives and stages product for manufacturing into Clean Room following all procedures

  • Maintains cleaning tanks, walls, tables and fixtures in clean room following established Clean Room procedures

  • Accurately completes required nonconformance reports ensuring accurate records

  • Maintains and enforces entrance procedures of all controlled areas to ensure non-contamination of product; reports non-conformance to appropriate personnel

  • Assists other Clean Room personnel in the proper contamination control; seeks to minimize contamination by adhering to established containment procedures

  • Handle and move parts throughout the shift; parts may be fragile and some may be heavy

  • Work at a steady, semi‑medium production pace while maintaining quality and accuracy

  • Assists and/or performs in any and all areas as assigned

  • May work any and all shifts/days as required

Job Requirements:

Hours:

  • Graveyard Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

  • Shift Differential: $2.50/hour

  • Training Requirement: Must be able to attend one week orientation on Day Shift, but will train on Graveyard shift after first week

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent OR manufacturing experience in a clean room environment

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months related work experience

  • Prior clean room experience strongly preferred

  • Experience working with automated or semi‑automated equipment is highly desirable

  • Experience with manufacturing a plus

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong reading comprehension is critical—must be able to read, understand, and strictly follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and OMS documentation

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Exhibits strong interpersonal, and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds

  • Ability to stand for most of the shift

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

Target Hiring Range

Hourly: USD 19.00 - USD 22.00
