Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you want to play a key role in shaping brighter futures for children across Virginia? Teachstone is seeking CLASS® Classroom Observers to conduct classroom observations that directly support our client’s initiative for improving early learning programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Observe and assess infant, toddler, and pre-k classrooms using the CLASS® tool.
- Earn competitive pay—$250-325 per observation
- Set your own schedule — work 3–5 days per week between October 2025 and May 2026
- Be part of a meaningful project that impacts teachers and young learners

What You Bring:
- Current CLASS certification Infant, Toddler, PreK (2008 Edition) OR willingness to be trained
- A bachelor’s degree
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for education
- Fluency in one or more of the following languages: English, Spanish, Amharic, Korean, Turkish, ASL, Urdu, Farsi
- Availability to travel throughout Virginia and commit to the project timeline
