Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurate processing and completion of medical records
- Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards at each line level
- Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy, which will impact the timely processing of the Medical Records
- Proactively identify solutions to improve process
- Solve moderately complex problems on own
- Work with team to solve complex problems
- Plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work to meet established objectives
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate, Fresher (BTECH/BE/MCA are not eligible to apply) (This was for IND)
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs
- Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
