The Claims Litigation Senior Analyst independently manages property damage and personal injury claims, including complex and disputed cases. This role partners closely with internal teams and legal counsel to investigate claims, support litigation, and ensure compliance. The position involves decision-making on claim outcomes, negotiations, and protecting the company’s reputation. It also supports reporting, regulatory requirements, and provides guidance to internal stakeholders on claims-related matters.

What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end handling of property damage and personal injury claims, including complex and disputed cases.
Investigate claims by gathering facts, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting tire/product analyses.
Partner with in-house and external counsel on litigation, discovery, document production, and subpoenas.
Make claim decisions (approvals/denials), set reserves, and negotiate settlements with claimants or attorneys.
Act as the primary contact for claimants and legal representatives, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Maintain accurate claims data, support reporting and regulatory compliance, and advise internal teams on claims-related matters.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelors degree with 3 or more years of experience as a litigation paralegal and/or claims manager (in a large manufacturing corporation - Desired) or in lieu of degree 8 or more years of experience in claims management
Demonstrated commitment to the highest ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions and responsibilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships across legal and business teams.
Solid legal acumen in property damage and personal injury claims, including proficiency with claims management and litigation systems.
Highly motivated and detail-oriented, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
