Responsibility:
- Investigate fraudulent or suspicious insurance claims.
- Review and assess claim liability and responsibility.
- Provide guidance and consultation to surveyors and claim investigation staff.
- Prepare official response documents for external organisations regarding claim-related matters.
- Prepare and maintain related operational reports.
Key Requirements:
- Male, aged between 23–40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle and own a motorcycle will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry will be considered an advantage.
